1. About Sensitive Information & HIPAA

Not One Problem, LLC operates strictly as an educational platform. We are not a healthcare provider, nor are we a “covered entity” or a “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Consequently, the information you submit through the Service is not classified or protected as Protected Health Information (PHI) under federal healthcare laws. Instead, your data is protected under applicable consumer data privacy laws as outlined in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account and contact information: your name, email address, and password when you register for an account or subscription.
Payment information: payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers; we receive limited billing information such as confirmation of payment and billing status.
Journal entries and self-assessments: the information you choose to provide within the Service, such as journal entries, self-assessment results, and personal reflections.
Analytics, cookie, and device information: usage data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service. See Section 6 (Cookies & Analytics).
Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support or sign up for emails.

3. Data Storage & Encryption (Journal Entries)

Your privacy is our priority. Any journal entries, self-assessments, or personal reflections you submit through the Service are encrypted and kept strictly private. We employ robust, industry-standard security measures designed to protect your personal journal data from unauthorized access.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and secure your account, process payments and renewals, personalize your experience, track your progress within the Service, respond to support requests, send administrative messages, analyze and improve the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

No AI training on your data. We do not use artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models to process, analyze, or train on your personal data, including your journal entries or assessments, and we will not do so without your explicit, separate, affirmative consent. The only AI technology utilized on our platform is a customer service chatbot designed solely to assist you with administrative or technical support inquiries. This chatbot does not have access to your private journal entries or course progress.

5. Email Communications

With your consent or as permitted by law, we may send marketing or newsletter emails through an email service provider (autoresponder). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will continue to send transactional emails (such as billing and account notices) as needed to operate the Service.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories:

Strictly necessary cookies that are required to operate the Service, keep you logged in, and remember your preferences.
Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics to collect website usage information that helps us understand how the Service is used and improve it.
Advertising cookies: we use Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising.

Some information you provide—such as journal entries and self-assessment results relating to your mental or emotional wellbeing—may qualify as “consumer health data” under state laws, including Nevada’s SB 370 and similar laws. We comply with these laws. We collect and use such data only to provide the Service to you and for the purposes described in this Policy. We explicitly do not sell or share any user data, including consumer health data, for the purposes of third-party marketing, data brokering, or targeted advertising without your explicit, separate, and prior opt-in consent. We restrict access to such data to personnel and processors who need it to operate the Service. 8. Sharing Your Information

We reserve the right—but are under no obligation—to permanently delete inactive accounts and associated data (including journal entries and assessments) following the cancellation or expiration of a subscription. Users should not rely on the Service as a permanent storage solution for their personal records.

10. Your Privacy Rights

10.1 California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared; to access and obtain a portable copy of your information; to correct inaccuracies; to request deletion; and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10.2 Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may exercise applicable rights under Nevada privacy law, including the right to direct us not to sell covered information (we do not sell covered information) and the rights afforded to consumer health data under Nevada SB 370, including access and deletion.

10.3 Other U.S. States

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out, which we honor as required by applicable law.

10.4 International Users (EEA/UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the legal bases of contract performance, consent (which you may withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests, and legal compliance.
